Every day includes active, hands-on bodywork: intensive massages that both relax and structurally reorganize the body, lymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite and sculpting techniques, fascia work, wraps, scrubs, sauna and bath rituals. These methods reduce inflammation, fluid retention, chronic tension, and restore posture, mobility, and natural body tone.

During the retreat, participants go through a mental detox: detox from social media, elimination of alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, reduction of sugar, compulsive overeating, and destructive habits.
Through breathwork, sound healing, yoga, stretching, guided conversations, and restorative practices, we help the nervous system exit survival mode and release accumulated stress and emotional overload.

Every day includes workshops and practical learning. Participants learn small, realistic daily habits related to movement, posture, breathing, skincare, nutrition, self-massage, and stress regulation. These habits create long-term change beyond the retreat.
